At eRaingSupply, we are committed to offering shipping options that best meet your time and cost
requirements. Shipping charges are calculated at the time you place your order (don't worry, we tell you
what you'll pay before you complete your order) and are based on the shipping address and total
package weight.
Shipping to Addresses Within the United States (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
Our preferred shipper for standard shipping to addresses within the Lower 48 States is FedEx Ground to
commercial addresses and FedEx Home Delivery (Tues. to Sat. delivery schedule) to residential
addresses. For faster delivery times, we also offer FedEx Three Day Express Saver, FedEx Two Day
Express and FedEx Standard Overnight. Please note that expedited services are not available for
oversized packages or for products weighing more than 40 lbs.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses, US Territories and Protectorates
All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses, and the US Territories and Protectorates are
sent via U.S. Priority Mail and are normally delivered in three to seven business days from the date of
shipment. We can ship to PO Boxes in these destinations.
Shipping to Canada
All orders shipped to Canada are sent via U.S. Postal Service Airmail Parcel Post and are normally
delivered in 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment. Canadian customers are responsible for
any applicable duties or fees at the time of delivery.
Shipping to Other International Destinations
At this time, we do not ship to international destinations other that the locations listed above.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes within the Lower 48 States.
