Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise in its ORIGINAL condition and
PACKAGING for a full refund or exchange - whichever you prefer. Please note that we will refund the
shipping cost only if the return was a result of our own mistake.
eRaingSupply reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned blemished or
with incomplete parts.
What about Orders Containing Promotional Items?
All items that are part of a promotional package must be returned in order to be entitled to a full refund. If
you wish to keep any promotional items, you can choose to do so and be charged the regular price for
the items.
How do I Return a Product?
All returns must be enclosed in a original eRacingSupply carton (not just the factory box), wrapped
securely, and sent back to the following address:

We strongly recommend using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Insured Parcel Post for all returns.
Please note that return shipping costs for expedited services such as UPS Air are not eligible for a refund.
